Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-10
These are the terms that apply when you use Parinaya. We have written them in plain language so you actually know what you are agreeing to.
Who we are
Parinaya is operated by Medasetti Nagamani as a sole proprietorship (MSME / Udyam-registered) based in Andhra Pradesh, India. You can reach us any time at info@insurera.ai.
The service
Parinayais a digital tool for families to track wedding gifts, contributions, and expenses. It is provided "as is" — we work hard to make it reliable and useful, but like any software, it is not guaranteed to be perfect.
Your account
- You sign in with your phone number or email. Keep your access to that phone or inbox secure — you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be 18 or older to create a wedding.
- Please give us accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
Your data & content
The wedding data your family enters belongs to your family. We process it only to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The couple and wedding Admins are responsible for the guest details they enter — including making sure they have the right to enter that information about their guests.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- use Parinaya for anything unlawful;
- send spam or unwanted messages through the platform;
- scrape, overload, or otherwise abuse the service; or
- attempt to access another family's wedding data that you have not been invited to.
Paid plans
Plan upgrades are one-time purchases per wedding — there are no subscriptions and nothing recurring. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.
Service availability
We aim for high availability, especially around your wedding day, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The offline-entry feature is designed to keep you working through ceremony-day network issues, and you can export your data as CSV at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Termination
You can stop using Parinaya at any time and ask us to delete your personal data (see the Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the update on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use Parinaya after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India.
Grievances & contact
For any grievance, question, or concern — including anything about your personal data — write to info@insurera.ai. We respond within 7 business days.
